After growing up with cats and with a family that bred and showed cats, I became a registered breeder of Devon Rex in New Zealand in 2001 under the CurliWinks prefix.

My first Devon Rex, Mr Ripley was my start into showing cats and I haven’t stopped showing since then!  I have been lucky enough to win many Best in Shows and Breeders Awards of Merit over the years.

​

After many years of breeding Devon Rex and showing them, I decided to have a new challenge and embarked on specializing in the Longhair version of the Devon Rex.

​

After getting them accepted with the NZCF in 2021 I have started promoting and showing this lovely version of the Devon Rex.

​

I am also proud to see CurliWinks cats popping up in pedigrees here and in Australia and focus on producing healthy, well-adjusted show winning examples of this gorgeous breed.

All kittens are raised indoors in our home on Black Hawk premium cat food and leave CurliWinks with a Black Hawk kitten pack.  I am a proud Ambassador for Black Hawk in New Zealand.
